Produce a investigation report of the long and short term health effects of computer centric courses. This would primarily be focused on the potential harm that can be done by taking a course revolving primarily around sitting at a desk working on a computer. It will also provide methods to reduce the effects and healthy practices to help prevent any major damage being made to a human body. Through computer calculations, an estimate of these affects across an extended period of time can be made.
