Due to the increase in AI/ Automated systems, I want to make a study explaining how social engineering (an already prolific hacking tool) will in future become one of the only ways to get into system. Manipulating humans as well as circumventing automated bots and bypassing their in-built rules to gain information you are not permitted to access. This dissertation will go over the possible vulnerabilities in conversational robots and how change to systems like customer service could provide a security risk that no one is talking about
