These days, it is hard to find a company that does not have at least some e-commerce capability - in some form to another. However, e-commerce strategy adopted and implemented by large companies might not be relevant to SMEs. The aim of this project is to identify and analyse Critical Success Factors (CSFs) an SME needs to be aware when adopting, initiating and maintaining their e-commerce strategy.
The scope of the project can be developed further, based on the student's interests, e.g. examination of CSFs for companies in a particular sector or industry.
