The aim of this project is to produce a working prototype lateral flow test recognition module which can be incorporated into other Android applications. Comparison of various machine learning methodologies, tools and model formats for analysis of lateral flow test images taken from Android mobile device cameras will be carried out, to determine which approach leads to the most optimal results for commercial use.
