Digital image forensics over mobile devices

Mobile devices have been widely used in our daily live, which can be used to take photos, video clips, audio, etc. For mobile devices with camera(s), each camera has a sensor that has a unique noise pattern, which is caused by the imperfections in silicon buffer used to create the sensor. This project aims to investigate the way to extract sensor noise patterns from images which could be used to identify specific digital image and mobile device.
