In China, the outbreak of COVID-19 is still affecting everyone's daily study and life, including the elderly, children, office workers, teachers and students. Outbreak not only for students, brings inconvenience in life, also brought difficulties in learning, which is one of difficult to offline test, outbreak also makes teachers is not convenient to write in the office, offline test for schools, enterprises and other institutions, time-consuming and site costs, labor costs, and overhead cost is quite high. Aiming at the above problems, this paper develops an English version of the online test system to help people with this need to solve the problem.
