We live in a fast paced society where people are full of stress and anxiety and struggle to find some time for themselves and their health. The lack of movement and activity combined with bad eating habits result in obesity and health conditions. There are several reasons for this and one of them is lack of motivation. When people don't see results or have no one to support them, they tend to give up.

The main purpose of my app is to improve the quality of people's lives by making use of smartphones ubiquity. In order to do that, the app aims to solve the problem of lack of motivation for leading a healthy life by enabling users to connect with other like-minded individuals and pursue their fitness goals together. It will also provide them with a verification system which will check if they really are keeping up to what they set out in the beginning and award them. Lastly, it will allow them to keep track of their activities and progress so they have some tangible results always at hand.
